Francis Sarkodie is a development planner by profession with seven years experience in community development work. Francis is a co-founder of CIRCDev Relief Corps with keen interest in youth development and rural development. Francis is a supporting staff of The Empowered Foundation assisting in community development works and also training of volunteers and other staff in community development activities.
