Mr. Richard Kwabena Appiah is a medical professional with keen interest in the development of women and children. In his hometown, he organizes free health screening program for elderly people and also pregnant women. In addition to that, he organizes blood donation exercise to fill the blood bank of the Koforidua Goverment Hospital is support of pregnant. Kwabena and his partner, Louisa established The Empowered Foundation to empower local people with employment opportunities and also provide the social amenities for rural communities.
